The Canadair-Fisher CL-213, also designated X-209, was a small civilian all-terrain amphibian built in 1963 and 1964 to a design by A. Gordon Fisher of Montreal, a former Ford engineer. It used the Airoll propulsion system developed by Borg-Warner, with seven free-running tyres on each side forming the tracks, which gave it very good mobility over all kinds of ground.

Power came from a 9 hp single-cylinder Rotax engine. The vehicle weighed 362 kg in total and could carry a payload of 250 kg, reaching about 19 km/h on land and 4 km/h in water.

Two were built. One went to the US Army, which tested it from March to July 1967 and recommended developing a larger version.
