A Russian web story tells of a car kept in a man's garage that went back to the Soviet 1960s. It was designed and built by a special Soviet design bureau and had features unusual in Russian cars of the time. Ground clearance could be adjusted from the dashboard, the engine started with a button rather than a key, the dashboard showed the selected gear and the front and rear screens were heated. Above all, it could float on water as well as drive on roads. The photographs show a pale-blue, riveted, torpedo-shaped body on three wheels with a sliding transparent canopy, still in storage.
