The IWK Amphicar prototype of 1960 was the forerunner of the production Amphicar. IWK built it under licence from Hans Trippel, following his Alligator and Eurocar designs. Like them it had rear-wheel drive and Austin mechanical components. The folder also holds a copy of a US patent document and period photographs of the prototype.
