The REB is a small, fully amphibious four-wheel-drive car of the ATV type. The archive's only text is an eBay Motors listing from June 2002 for an example in Wisconsin, described by the seller as being in excellent condition, with manuals and parts still available.
It has a fibreglass body and is powered by a 656 cc two-cylinder four-stroke Briggs & Stratton engine with electric start, driving through a high/low range and shaft drive. Equipment includes lights, a bilge pump, front and rear racks and a trailer hitch. The vehicle measures about 2.36 m long, 1.22 m wide and 1.55 m high.
