Specifications need checking. Some figures here were taken from the archive and have not been confirmed against a source.
The Rhône amphibious motor car is known to the archive only from a short Popular Mechanics item of June 1922 (vol. 37, no. 6, p. 881), headed "Test amphibious motor car on River Rhone". From the snippet that survives, the article described a new motor car able to travel on water as well as on land, and explained how it was propelled once afloat. The archive folder also holds scans of the article and its illustrations, but no transcription of the full text, so the designer, the propulsion method and the specifications are not recorded here.
