This amphibious Citroën 2CV 4x4 is an open 'torpedo'-style 2CV with four-wheel drive, converted to float and accompanied by its own amphibious trailer. It was offered for sale on eBay France in July 2006 from Sartrouville near Paris.
Details
The seller described it as a unique, non-homologated vehicle that nevertheless had a normal registration document. It is based on a 1982 2CV with the 602 cc petrol engine and manual gearbox, and the listing mentions pneumatic assistance to the suspension. It had been exhibited at the Rétromobile show in 2005.
