This amphibious bicycle was made by Li Weiguo of Wuhan in Hubei province, China. A press caption of 30 May 2009 shows his daughter Li Jin riding it on the water. Eight large water buckets serve as pontoons and adjustable vane wheels drive it, so it can be ridden on land and on water.
